McLorinan Consulting Ltd was established in October 2007, and is a Northern Ireland based environmental consultancy firm specialising in hydrology, hydrogeology and geology.

Our experience ranges from high profile nation-wide Government studies to small / large-scale private investigations and we provide independent specialist consultancy services throughout Ireland.

McLorinan Consulting actively promotes the development of hydrogeology within Northern Ireland both on an academic and professional scale, and has extensive experience of the sometimes complex hydrogeological conditions encountered here.

David McLorinan, managing director, represents Northern Ireland’s interests on the International Association of Hydrogeologists (Irish Group) Committee, and is also a founder member of the Groundwater Group of Northern Ireland. David has contributed to numerous technical papers and has been guest speaker to many scientific conferences and forums throughout Ireland.
